  • If you have purchased an item, and it has not been delivered, please begin by checking your local chat as it may indicate that you have previously purchased this item before. In this case, the vendor will refund your purchase fee and notify you.

If you have not previously purchased the item, please check your transaction history on secondlife.com to confirm that the payment has been processed. Purchases may sometimes be dropped by the system, especially when made on busy sims or when you try to buy at the same time as another customer.

If the transaction has been processed, try redelivering the item from the Mainstore by clicking on the ‘Redelivery’ button. The ‘Redelivery’ button can be found to the left of the reception desk at the mainstore, as well as on direction pillars throughout the store.

If the item still fails to deliver after clicking on the ‘Redelivery’ button, please contact us with the transaction history of the item that was not delivered either through a notecard inworld to julieuk2012 Resident or through the Customer Support page.

  • Refunds should be made automatically for an item that has been purchased. However, if that does not happen, please contact us with your transaction history either through a notecard inworld to julieuk2012 Resident or through the Customer Support page.

Can I still purchase the items through a regular transaction?

Yes! Elm. is now selling Fatpacks of select gacha sets in the Mainstore. Additionally, we will slowly be releasing updated versions of old gacha sets in the store.

Please follow our social media pages to see if the one you’re after is either available as a Fatpack or being updated for release.

Do you offer trades of full sets for a full copy set?

Unfortunately, I will no longer be offering full set trades for any Elm. gacha set.

I purchased an item from a Marketplace Reseller and it’s broken or didn’t arrive as advertised!
